I would prefer to lose old memories and still have the opportunity to make new memories. It is a great way to live in the present moment and embrace everything that the world currently has to offer as well as the future ahead.

old memories always goes along with you as you grow old. keeping old memories in mind doesnot mean you can not make new ones. as we say old is gold but new memories can also be made as you go along with your day.

It's obviously a very hard decision but I'd rather lose all my old memories. Not being able to make any new memories at all would sound frightening. It's as though you haven't lived because you wouldn't be able to remember anything.

Never being able to make new memories would be one of the most heart breaking futures to behold for anyone. After all when we slip from this life to the next, our memories.... Good or bad are the only gifts that have with us at the end, those that we loved, those who loved us, the places we have seen, the beauty, the pain, the light and the dark. That is what makes us human. I believe in karma and reincarnation, who's to say that we have not already lost all of our past memories in previous lives to make way to create new memories in this life.

I would rather lose my old memories. We dont live in the past, Its important to be able to make new memories and connect with individuals as we move though life.

I want to keep my old memories as they are such a part of who I am. Also I couldn't answer surveys about what I have done in the past!!! Shock! Horror!
