Our question this week is: When you’re having a bad day, what do you do to make yourself feel better?

I guess it would have to be to do something you enjoy doing. For me its either boxing or i play video games. Those are just some stuff that help mr. It takes the edge and also gives you something else to think about too.

I was in the doctors waiting room last week and a man went past on crutches, he only had one leg. When I'm having a bad day I think of lucky I am. Enjoy every day, that's my motto :-)))

My solution for a bad day involves reading a good book, watching a movie, having some ice-cream/sharing my ice-cream with my dogs. And also walking.running with them after because of guilt of eating too much ice-cream :)

Sometimes alone I have a major crackup but its all an act start laughing don't even know why I do that. with friends or family around I stay calm look at all the destruction or mess and say if I suffered from stress I just wouldn't worry about it, really theres always tomorrow and theres not, well you wont be worried long a.
