Toluna Tips: How do de-stress and stay happy?

This year we would like to include a monthly advice section in our magazine, where we highlight the advice and tips shared by our own team and our members about specific topics. As usual, if your comment is featured in our magazine, you’ll receive 300 points.

Our topic this month is about different ways to de-stress and live a happy life. Reducing stress in your life can be very beneficial to your overall health. Here are some ways that members of the Toluna Team de-stress:

“I go for a walk in a park or somewhere where I can be surrounded by nature”

“I’ve found that working out every day helps a lot”

“If I’m stressed at work, I’ll do some breathing exercises for 5-10 minutes, just to clear my mind and re-focus”

there are many ways to do this but I'll pick 5. I sort our clothes, desk and do cleaning, play Sudoku, watch movie, play music and dancing, lay down and relax.

I go fishing with my selectively deaf husband. The fishing helps me to distress and my intermittent ramblings gets stuff off my chest. No one is listening for the most part but it works and most times we come home with dinner, super fresh.
