Redness/ eczema

Facial redness and eczema can be caused by a number of conditions. taking some precautions can help reduce it if not eliminate redness completely.

Generally, stay away from irritants like essential oils, fragrance creams and benzoyl peroxide products. Don’t overload your skin with too many active ingredients try limit exposure to the sun, wear sunscreen always and don’t exfoliate more than twice a week.
Last of all try embracing in healthy clean eating and living. Always keep hydrated keeps skin looking plump and glowing.

Aloe Vera, cold water baths, cold compressions, Vaseline and salicylic acid, non steroidal ointments help reduce redness and itchiness heaps.

See a dermatologist yearly it is the best to get your skin checked. They can help you decide if you should go for skincare products or medical-grade products.

Have a nice day all :)

Can't promise healthy living Fatimah but always finish my facial routine with cold water. Not sure about the use of Vaseline in this scenario but it does have many, many uses. ;-) Reply
