Do you enjoy working for nothing ?

Someone must have put a good word in for me as I have seven surveys available all offering a "prize draw entry" for completion.

Strangely I'll probably not find the time today to partake , especially when you consider the million point daily draw has been suspended since last November. LOL.

How about you , do you enjoy working for nothing ?

I have done much voluntary and charity work in my time. I did it gladly. However if an employer expected me to work for nothing, that never felt right. It’s a strange world! Reply

I have just done a survey about family life that was really slow to load each page and then came to a grinding halt telling me I had been too slow and my time had run out. I wasted about 20 minutes of my time and I bet they use the answers i had given as I was near the end. Reply

I'm just back from one of my three afternoons a week at the village school. Although it's unpaid I certainly wouldn't call it 'working for nothing' because I think I get a great deal from my work helping young children with their reading and comprehension and am happy to give them my time. As for the Toluna surveys, I only have two showing at the moment, both for 'prize draw entry' but as that no longer exists I shall probably ignore them unless/until I feel really bored. Reply

I'm not going to fill out any surveys that say they're only worth a "prize draw entry", although I found that if you go through an email invite, you can still get a survey that's worth actual points. You get less surveys to choose from that way though. Reply

I have, on occasion, felt positive about working in the voluntary sector. Reply

If they are showing when you check your points, that's what you get when you don't qualify. I have never just been offered just a prize draw entry v- it is always points. I very frequently do not qualify and therefore have a lot of prize draw entries. Reply
