Do you think plant based milk alternatives are the future or do you think there will always be a market for dairy? Reply

I have not tried this, but oats remove bad cholesterol from the blood so provided you are getting enough calcium in your diet, you could give it a try to replace milk.
A lot of the plant drinks we see are made of imported materials like almonds, rice and so on. Better to use native plants. The plant drinks are often mostly water anyway, so it's quite possible you will get more goodness from the oat drink.
Enjoy! Tell us what you think of this item.
