This is absolutely ludicrous , i think the world has been duped to think that Minneapolis is a cosmopolitan city ,that should live in harmony and the scared city council members are trying to be seen about doing something . This city has an enormous crime rate, robberies , murders , gang bangers , pack hunters . There is a 1 in 20 chance that you will be a victim of crime . Most of these crimes are by black youth's not because of poverty or lack of job opportunities or economic cicumstances , but violence for violence's sake . CNN has irresponsibly released the video , that has led to all this disharmony . The issue isn't about one black man or the black community or the police .
